W&W Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the premises.

Limit the number of people inside a property
Refuse entry to anyone acting in an unsafe or disruptive manner
Close a sale early due to safety or unforeseen circumstances

Discounts may vary by sale day and are not guaranteed.

7. Client Services

All estate sale agreements with clients will be governed by a separate written contract outlining commission, responsibilities, and timelines. Website content does not replace a signed service agreement.
